Adem has served in the ministry for over twenty-five years, which includes pioneer pastoring, evangelistic crusades, and missions with various organisations including: The Assemblies of God, Youth with a Mission, International Outreach, Stuart Gramenz, The Hungry People.

He has also ministered in crusades in Albania, with Canadian Peter Youngren, also in Sierra Leone, Africa with Australian Steve Rider, and in Cambodia with American Mike Evans.

During the Billy Graham Global Crusade, Adem was the district chairperson of the crusade committee, and has served as the president of the local chapter of Full Gospel Businessmans's Fellowship International (FGBMI).

Adem has a Holy Spirit Fire for God's Ministry that cannot and will not be extinguished!
